We ship your order in discreet packaging.  We use standard United States Postal Service Priority Mail boxes or plain brown boxes.  There are no promotional labels or other items on the outside of your box.  The return address label has our company name, Bordenz Enterprises.  The website name, package contents, site logo, and any other promotional markings WILL NOT appear on the box.

We do not send unsolicited emails to our customers.  We do not send unsolicited mail to your home (or any mailing address).  We do not sell customer information to third parties.

5. What company name will be on my statement if I charge this order to my credit card? 
Bordenz Enterprises will appear on all statements as the billing company.

Payment
6. I'm concerned about security.  If I pay online, what kind of security is there? 
Once you enter our store, you will see a logo at the bottom of the page which indicates we have an SSL Certificate..  Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.  Imagine sending mail through the postal system in a clear envelope. Anyone with access to it can see the data. If it looks valuable, they might take it or change it. An SSL Certificate establishes a private communication channel enabling encryption of the data during transmission. Encryption scrambles your data, essentially creating an envelope for message privacy.

7. I'm having a hard time getting my payment to go through.  What's wrong with your system? 
Most often, when customers experience a rejection of a valid credit card, the address information is the issue.  Your correct entry of the billing address is how your credit card company confirms that you are making the purchase.  Inputting your credit card's billing address may be tricky if you live in an apartment or have special designations on the street portion of your address.  The best course of action to resolve this is to a.)have your credit card statement before you to confirm you have the address precisely as does the CC company OR b.) call us at (909) 576-9561 to make the payment via phone.

8. My bank just said that I have multiple charges from your company.  I only made (1) purchase.  What's up? 
Often when customers' initial payment information is rejected (usu. due to bad address information), they try again, sometimes multiple times.  Though these transactions are incomplete and the card has NOT been charged, the credit card company may hold the funds in reserve...for each attempt.  The card has not been charged and the reserved funds will be released by the CC company.  It may take 5 days or so before this happens.  You may call us to have us help you complete a payment if you are having problems.

9. Do you take debit cards and checks? 
We take debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.  You may pay by check as follows.  At checkout:
    1. Select PRINT and CALL as payment method.
    2. After finishing the checkout procedure, print the resulting invoice.
    3. Make check payable to Bordenz Enterprises for transaction amount.
    4. Address envelope with address on invoice, enclose check with invoice and mail.
    5. Email us or call us to verify you have mailed your payment.
We will deposit your check and mail your order once your check clears.  We strongly advise that you email or call us to alert us that your check has been mailed.

10. I don't see an option to pay for overnight shipping. 
Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail within the United States (1-3 days ship time) AND United States First Class to Canada (5-10 days).  Please contact us about Express or other overnight shipping options for a specific quote.

11. How long will it take for you to ship my order? 
We typically ship orders within 1 business day of completion of payment.  Speed and accuracy of shipping are important aspects of our customer service practices.

12. What if I don't like what I ordered? 
Please see our return policy.

13. If I call, will I be able to speak to a live person? 
Absolutely.  If we are unavailable to take your call, please leave a time we may return your call or try us again.  We will discreetly announce ourselves as being from Bordenz Enterprises and returning your call..  We try to match gender when possible (males speak to males, females to females).  We do not leave voicemail or messages with family members unless you request we do so.

14. I'm uneasy about asking my questions.  I'm not sure if I should contact you. 
You can call us.  We are sensitive to your uneasiness.  Our goal is to serve you in the best ways possible.  While we are in business to make profit, we have a greater desire to serve the institution of marriage in the context of sexual intimacy.  We will only share what we know, not overwhelm you with sales pitches, answer your questions concerning product specifics and recommendations and be as discreet as possible when speaking with you.  You may email or call us.

15. Are you an established legit operation or a fly-by-night 'Mom and Pop' outfit with low standards and bad practices? 
Yes.  We are an established legit Mom-and-Pop operation (since 2006).  Our standrads are high because they have to be.  We have to try harder and work smarter to earn and keep your business.  Bordenz Enterprises, operating company of ThePureBed.com, is a General Partnership in the state of California.  We comply with all local, state and federal laws regulating our business.

Mission
16. Why do you exist? 
We exist to promote the concept that sex is designed to be a valuable and dynamic feature of marriage between one man and one woman.  We exist to support couples in their pursuit to grow sexually and to please one another.  We exist to support the intimacy needs of all married couples and married couples of faith in particular.

17. Why do you evoke the name of God in what you are doing? 
We believe that sex in marriage should be fulfilling and dynamic regardless of whether you observe any system of faith.  However, as Christians, we see the glory of God in this natural act and believe sex to be a gift to married couples.  As Christians, we honor and acknowledge God in all good things, including sexual intimacy.

18. Are you a Christian company? 
Bordenz Enterprises is a company formed to support marriage.  It is owned and operated by a Christian couple with a worldview that is decidedly Christian.  We believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior through whom lost humanity is redeemed.  We are members of and support our local church as well as seeing ourselves as part of a larger body of Believers who acknowledge and are empowered by the redemptive work of Christ.

21. How do I get a reciprocal link to your site? 
You may email us at customerservice@thepurebed.com.  Frankly, we do not take many links and would want to know that a link partner compliments our mission and can enhance our visibility while sending us target traffic. 

22. Do you have an Affiliate Program? 
We DO NOT currently have an affiliate program.  Such a program is on our roadmap for our future but no implementation time has yet been determined.

23. Do you have a program to host parties? 
We are in the initial stages of rolling out a program for regional distributors that will look like what is commonly known as party hosting.  Consistent with our company focus, the program will uniquely require distributors to serve married women (or married couples).  Please contact us if you may want to participate as we are beginning to develop an Interest List.  Please let us know whether you have experience and what benefits you'd like to get from such a program.

24. How can I get you to sell my book or product? 
At this time, we are not inclined to market books or startup products.  Great resources are required to market these products successfully and we are not able to commit those resources. 

25. Do you ship internationally? 
We do ship to Canada using United States Postal Service First Class mail service.  Your shipping costs are the same as charged at checkout.  All other international destinations will be handle on a case by case basis.  Contact us for a shipping quote if you have a serious interest in purchasing from us.
